Port Lincoln

Friday, 17 September

Happy birthday to our youngest grandchild, Jack :-)

Today was a dull, dreary and dismal day in Port Lincoln.

We haven’t done a great deal today, apart from a visit to the shop and service station this morning; after lunch we had a drive around the marina area with its large fleet of fishing boats and even larger houses with canal frontage. Of course, they had private jetties for the equally large pleasure boats!

Hi Les and Pauline,

I see from your blog you are in Port Lincoln traveling around Eyre Peninsula. Could not stop laughing at your comments about the receptionist at the caravan park.
I have previously managed staff at hotels in Adelaide and the memories come flooding back....

Are you planning to come to Tumby Bay? It is a beautiful fishing town with an artistic relaxed lifestyle. I am not just bias, that's the feedback we get from Tourists.

At least stop in for a coffee at the great cafe with amazing views of the jetty and 10km long beach.

If you do stop in - blog about Tumby Bay and what you think of our friendly town.

Regards

Damian

PS
Do you need a short change from living in the van.

I own Modra's Apartments and we have 1 apartment left over the weekend and early next week. Do you a good last minute deal if you are interested.
