Our final day in Darwin was hot, hot, hot – the extreme humidity of the morning quickly disappeared to a dry heat this afternoon. Thank goodness for air conditioning when ironing!
As we have done the attractions what wanted to see, today was really just a preparation day for moving on tomorrow after being here for 20 days. The bed was changed, the laundry taken care off and the caravan was washed, as was the car.
The afternoon was spent listening to the Swans soundly defeat North Melbourne – Cat is grinning from ear to ear this week!
Tomorrow we head for Kakadu – will it or wont it live up to expectations?
